This Privacy Policy explains how Benivra Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Boxing Quiz (the "App").
We built the App to work primarily on your device, without requiring an account or collecting personal contact information from you. This policy describes what information is stored locally on your device, what third-party services are used, mainly for advertising, and what choices you have regarding advertising and consent.

Uninstalling the App removes locally stored application data from your device. You can also delete this locally stored data using the reset function available in the Level Map, as described in Section 7.
```The App uses Google AdMob to display interstitial (full-screen) and rewarded video advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location information where applicable, general device information, diagnostic and performance information, and information relating to advertising interactions. This processing is carried out by Google and its partners and is governed by their applicable privacy policies and terms.

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent where required by applicable law.
In applicable regions, including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom where relevant, UMP may present a consent form to allow you to make choices regarding personalized advertising and certain processing for advertising purposes.
Your consent choices may be stored on your device. Where required by applicable law, you may review or change your advertising consent choices using the Privacy Options available in the App. The availability of these options may depend on your region and the applicable consent requirements.
The App includes an Image Credits screen that provides attribution for photographs used under applicable Creative Commons licenses and links to relevant Wikimedia Commons pages.
Tapping one of these links opens Wikimedia's own website in your browser. Any information collected by Wikimedia through its website is governed by Wikimedia's Privacy Policy , not this Privacy Policy. We do not send your personal information to Wikimedia from within the App.
```Depending on your region, applicable law, and the consent choices you make, advertisements shown in the App may be personalized or non-personalized.
The availability and operation of certain advertising and consent options may vary depending on your region, device, operating system, and applicable legal requirements.
```The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or personal files for its gameplay features.
The App requires an internet connection to communicate with third-party advertising services and to load and display advertisements.
The advertising SDK used by the App may process information made available to it through the Android or iOS operating system, subject to applicable permissions and the privacy settings of your device.
```Because your game progress is stored locally on your device, you control that local information. You can delete it by using the reset function available in the Level Map. To activate it, press and hold the reset icon (↺) in the top bar for approximately 1.5 seconds. This permanently deletes the locally stored game data described in Section 3, including game progress, lives, achievements, timers, language preferences, and advertising counters. You can also delete locally stored application data by uninstalling the App. This action does not delete information that may have been collected independently by third-party services such as Google AdMob.
We do not retain copies of your local game data on our servers because this data is not transmitted to us.
Information processed by Google AdMob or other third-party services is retained according to the respective providers' policies and retention practices.
```Boxing Quiz is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us using the details in Section 12.

Because we do not operate our own servers or hold your local game data outside your device, requests concerning data processed by third-party services such as Google may need to be addressed directly to the relevant provider.
You can also delete locally stored game information by using available reset functionality or uninstalling the App.
```Local game data is stored using standard application storage mechanisms provided by your device. While no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, we do not transmit your local game progress to servers operated by us.
Data processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob and UMP is subject to those providers' respective security practices and policies.
